Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Suvana, we aim to get your favorite skincare products to you as swiftly and safely as possible. From secure packaging to trusted delivery partners, we ensure a smooth shipping experience—every time.
Domestic Shipping (India):
Suvana provides free shipping across India with trusted courier partners on orders above ₹499. We dispatch your order within 48 hours, except Sundays & Public holidays.
Our courier partners deliver orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and Sundays. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or strikes. All orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
All our products are packed in secure tamper proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered, please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper proof condition.
For orders with multiple items shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
International Shipping:
For international orders, you can conveniently pay using your debit/credit card or PayPal (available under Wallets). You can also opt for bank transfer by contacting us.
Shipping charges will be automatically added to your order at checkout. Please note that once an order is placed, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
We typically dispatch orders on the same business day, and will dispatch through available carriers.
Please be aware that no exchanges or returns are accepted for international orders. If you have questions about your order, feel free to reach out before placing it.
As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs, VAT, and local sales taxes imposed by your country. These may need to be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. Our delivery partners can handle duty deposits on your behalf, which you can then settle directly with them upon receiving your package.
