At Suvana, we take great care in ensuring the quality and safety of every product. Please read our policy below before placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns once a product is sold. However, exchanges or refunds are possible only in the case of damaged or defective items.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 2 working days from the date of delivery (for domestic orders). After this period, we will not be able to process any exchanges or refunds.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please email us at contact@shopsuvana.com within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us verify and resolve your issue:
- Please record an unboxing video as soon as you receive the package.
- The video must be clear, unedited, and continuous, capturing the entire unboxing process from opening the parcel to checking the contents.
- Ensure the video clearly shows the external packaging, internal contents, and any visible damage or missing products.
📩 Submit this video to our team within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the unboxing video meets these requirements.
❗ Failure to provide a valid unboxing video may result in your request being denied.

- Suvana is not responsible for any damage caused after purchase (due to mishandling, improper storage, etc.).
- Products purchased under SALE or DEAL prices are not eligible for exchange.
- Customers will receive updates via Email/WhatsApp/SMS about their orders. Please ensure your settings allow messages from Suvana to avoid missing updates.
